The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma is delicate floral-fruity with a hint of lime blossom. The taste is full-bodied, long with a slight spiciness. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and well suited for pairing with cold starters and light poultry preparations. An elegant wine suitable for bottle ageing.
