A garnet-coloured wine. The spicy aroma is complemented by ripe chokecherry. The taste is full, complex, long and slightly astringent, aged in a wooden barrel. This elegant wine is suitable for dark meat dishes and mature cheeses with a noble mould. A wine suitable for bottle ageing.
The wine was aged for 18 months in wooden French oak barrels.
