Wine of green-yellow color. The aroma of yellow garden raspberries is complemented by a light hint of smoke. The taste is full, long, cinnamon-spiced with a mineral finish. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with roasted poultry, boiled beef, and rich sauces. An elegant wine suitable for aging in the bottle.
