The wine is yellow in color. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by fruity notes of quince with a hint of jasmine. The taste is full, long, with a spicy acidity and viscosity. Since the wine was aged in a French oak barrique, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with meaty dishes for festive occasions. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
