Wine of gold-yellow color. The aroma of quince is complemented by compoted pear. The taste is full and long with ellagic tannins, due to aging in wooden barrels. An elegant wine intended for aging and suitable for heavier, spicy preparations of fish or poultry.
The wine, thanks to 12 months of aging in French oak barrels by Tonnellerie SEGUIN MOREAU, has the potential for long-term bottle aging.
