Wine of golden-yellow color. The aroma of pear and gingerbread is complemented by a hint of hazelnut. The taste is full, long, with a slight spiciness. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and perfectly pairs with heavier poultry preparations or Asian cuisine. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
The wine, thanks to 12 months of aging in French oak barrels by Tonnellerie SEGUIN MOREAU, has the potential for long-term bottle aging.
