Wine-growing region Morava, sub-region Slovácká, wine-growing village Ratíškovice, vineyard track Hrubé pole.
Wine of green-yellow color. The aroma is citrusy with lime notes, a light touch of wood, and a honeyed finish. The taste is full, long, with a spicy acidity and minerality. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a medium-sized French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with fish, poultry, or pork ham. An elegant, grand wine suitable for bottle aging.
The wine has the potential for long-term bottle aging due to its 12-month maturation in French oak barrels from Tonnellerie SEGUIN MOREAU.
Contains sulfur dioxide.
