Wine-growing region Morava, sub-region Mikulovská, wine-growing village Perná, vineyard track U Boží muky.
Wine of greenish-yellow color. The aroma is delicate, with notes of meadow flowers and dried orange peel, complemented by a honeyed finish. The taste is full, long, almost opulent, with minerality. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with fish, delicate pâtés with almonds, or veal sweetbreads.
Thanks to 12 months of aging in French oak barrels from Tonnellerie SEGUIN MOREAU, the wine has the potential for long-term bottle aging.
