Wine of greenish-yellow color. The aroma is delicate, with hints of meadow flowers and ripe white peaches, finishing with a honeyed note. The taste is full, long, and even opulent, with a mineral finish. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with fish, delicate pâtés with almonds, or veal sweetbreads. An elegant and grand wine suitable for bottle aging.
The wine, thanks to 12 months of aging in French oak barrels by Tonnellerie SEGUIN MOREAU, has the potential for long-term bottle aging.
