The wine is yellow in color. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by creamy caramel tones. The taste is full, long, and with a spicy acidity. Since the wine was aged in a French oak barrique, it is harmonious and complex, pairing excellently with more intensely prepared fish or high-quality sausages. An elegant, grand wine suitable for bottle aging.
The wine has the potential for long-term aging in the bottle due to its 12 months of aging in French 225l barriques.
