Wine of yellow color. The aroma of deadnettle is complemented by hawthorn blossom. The taste is fruity, gooseberry-like, full, and long with ellagic tannins, due to aging in wooden barrels. An elegant wine intended for aging, and suitable for goat cheeses or smoked fish.
