The wine is a dark garnet color. The aroma of plum jam is complemented by a hint of dried fruit. The taste is full, complex, long, and velvety, aged in a wooden barrel. An elegant wine that pairs well with dishes made from duck or goose meat and with hard cheeses. The wine is suitable for bottle aging.
