The wine is yellow in color. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by smoky tones of extinguished ash with a hint of white peach. The taste is full, long, with a spicy acidity and mineral saltiness. Since the wine was aged in a French oak barrique, it is harmonious and complex, making it an excellent match for pairing with meat dishes during festive occasions. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
