Wine of green-yellow color. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by smoky notes of extinguished ash with a hint of white peach. The taste is full, long, with a spicy acidity and mineral saltiness. Since the wine was aged in a French oak barrel, it is harmonious and complex, making it an excellent pairing for meaty dishes at festive occasions. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
