Wine of light yellow color. The aroma is delicate, with notes of green peach and a hint of cold smoke. The taste is full, long, with a salty mineral finish. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with delicate preparations of white meat. An elegant wine suitable for bottle aging.
