The wine is light yellow in color. The aroma of noble wood is complemented by the floral scent of violets and caramel tones. The taste is full, long, with a powerful finish. Since the wine was aged in a French oak barrique, it is harmonious and complex, making it an excellent match for pairing with smoked eel, foie gras, or Asian cuisine. An elegant, grand wine suitable for bottle aging.
