A wine with a golden-yellow color. Its floral aroma of violets is complemented by citrus notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, long, with a powerful finish. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with smoked eel, goose liver, or Asian cuisine. An elegant, grand wine suitable for bottle aging.
