Wine of yellow color. The floral aroma of violets is complemented by tropical notes of lychee. The taste is full, long, rounded with high viscosity. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with sheep cheese, foie gras, or Asian cuisine.
Thanks to 12 months of aging in French oak barrels from Tonnellerie SEGUIN MOREAU, the wine has the potential for long-term bottle aging.
