Wine of yellow color. The aroma of roasted almonds is complemented by a hint of olives. The taste is full, long, with a spicy acidity and mineral finish. Since the wine was aged on fine lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and pairs excellently with light fish preparations, poultry, and vegetable salads.
Thanks to 12 months of aging in French oak barrels from Tonnellerie SEGUIN MOREAU, the wine has the potential for long-term bottle aging.
